CEP 813 – Minecraft EDU Screencast #2

This week’s task in CEP 813 was to create a 3-5 minute screencast explaining a potential use of Minecraft EDU to assess students in my biology classroom.  For this assignment, I decided to modify my existing “Cell School Project” so that students would be able to represent the cell by building a school in Minecraft EDU.  During the screencast, I explain an example cell school that I created to model the process for students, and I also describe how I might assess students mastery of the cell parts and functions using this project.  Here is a link to my screencast!
